Wage Theft Compliance – A Special Conference Call

Because the Greater Washington Board of Trade has members across the region who do business in the District of Columbia, it has been brought to our attention that there are many questions and concerns around the business commitments for meeting compliance of the Wage Theft Prevention Amendment Act of 2014. We requested and received access to hear directly from the Department of Employment Services to answer these concerns.

On Tuesday, May 19th, Michael Watts, Associate Director Office of Wage-Hour, and Daniel King, Auditor Office of Wage-Hour, joined the Board of Trade for a special conference call to help the business community understand these compliance issues.

As requested, please find the additional resources and DOES contact information.
