PNC Wealth Management Names A. Brett Scola as Senior Wealth Planner

PNC Wealth Management has appointed A. Brett Scola as vice president and senior wealth planner of its Washington, D.C. office. In this position, Scola will provide high-net-worth clients with advice on complex estate and other wealth planning matters, and will work with a team of specialists in investment management, trust and banking services to help clients achieve their financial objectives. Scola joins PNC from Wachovia Wealth Management, where he advised high- and ulta-high-net-worth individuals and families. He began his professional career with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he spent 12 years in the tax practice advising closely held businesses and affluent individuals. Scola is a Certified Public Accountant, holds the Personal Financial Specialist designation through the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and is a Certified Financial Planner practioner. He holds a bachelor of business administration degree from Loyola University Maryland in Baltimore and a master of science degree in taxation from American University in Washington, D.C.
