The Capital Region Transportation Forum, an annual event in its 11th year, is a unique opportunity to hear government and business leaders discuss transportation through a regional lens. This year, we are looking ahead to a future with more complexity as well as more demand and asking, how can we strengthen our region’s transportation connections to improve the commute, reduce congestion, and enhance the competitiveness of our transit systems?
This is a free event that includes breakfast and two hours of programming. Speakers will discuss strategies for building a robust transportation system that can serve our growing region. This will be a valuable event for community advocates, government officials, journalists, business leaders, and others who have a stake in the region’s ability to provide efficient, safe, clean, and equitable mobility options.
