2021 Annual Meeting
Register now for the 2021 Board of Trade Annual Meeting on Friday, December 3rd from 11 AM – 1 PM at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington DC.
Reconnect in-person with your fellow business colleagues to reflect on the business challenges of the past year and envision the future of the overall business environment in the Greater Washington region. With your feedback, we have a 2022 agenda that focuses on moving the Greater Washington business community forward in the areas such as technology and infrastructure, transportation and mobility, workforce and development, and DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion).
Each Board of Trade member organization receives at least one complimentary ticket and we strongly encourage your attendance at this year’s meeting. Complimentary tickets are allotted based on membership level (see guidance below).

Additional tickets can be purchased (once your organization’s complimentary tickets have been allotted) at the following rates:
Individual Member Rate: $250.00
Table (10): $2,500.00
Half Table (5): $1,250.00
Each attendee must complete a registration form to attend this event.

Refund and Cancellation Policies: Confirmed registrants may cancel their registration and receive a full refund if a cancellation is issued by Friday, November 19, 2021 (10 business days prior to the meeting).
COVID-19 Protocols: In accordance with guidance from the CDC and local DC health department, all attendees regardless of vaccination status must wear facial coverings indoors when not actively eating or drinking and must remain six feet apart. Hand sanitizers will be available onsite for use. If you are sick or feel sick, we ask that you please stay home to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
