Guest Speaker
Mike Weiner, LMSW is the Director of EY Assist, Ernst & Young’s US based Employee Assistance and Work Life program. Mike joined EY in 2015 and is a mental health clinician with nearly three decades of experience. He leads a team of clinicians who, together with a number of vendors, develop innovative programs and solutions to support the emotional wellbeing and daily life needs of EY’s people.
Mike previously worked for Anthem as the Clinical Account Manager for one of their largest global EAP / behavioral health accounts. He also worked for Managed Health Network, the behavioral health division of Health Net, Inc. as the Director of Account Management. Prior to working in the Employee Assistance field, Mike assessed and counseled adults, couples and families at a public hospital and a private mental health clinic. Mike has a Master’s of Science and Social Work from Columbia University.
